I stayed here 3 nights and I loved it. Its location was central, walking distance to Joko-ji Temple. I had excellent days staying at this boutique hotel.

I liked location and staff. Very big beds, climate control, satellite TV and Wi-Fi were a nice touch. The restaurant was very clean and served light food. The easy check-in too.

I really liked the place and its staff and rooms. Found in the fairly quiet area just next door to the Kyoto Station and a shopping mall and a coin laundry and restaurants that bars.

Easygoing staff and a marvellous breakfast. Walking distance to a supermarket and a mall across the street. Room was really cozy and with WiFi, mosquito nets and flat-screen television at your disposal, unforgettable view. The staff did all they can for a nice stay. Nice garden and amazing pool.

I would definitely come back, because I had a great stay and did not want to leave there. Unbeatable location, perfect rooms and incredible staff. Perfectly clean and new generation hotel in Kyoto district. Furthermore, it's not far from the crowd and kyoto station...
